I don’t understand why some days I feel like I could eat 6 meals and other days I’m not hungry at all. I find this very interesting, because it doesn’t seem to have anything to do with how much I exercise. Take yesterday for example I wasn’t hungry at all, and today I could eat all day long. I have had 4 meals already and it is only 7:00 P.M. I don’t understand my metabolism. I’m hoping I get to a point where I wont have to eat 5 meals in one day!
