In need of a Cincinnati Attorney

  • Posted on January 27, 2012 at 3:10 pm

My girlfriend Amy just moved to Cincinnati and needed a Cincinnati Attorney, to keep her affairs in order, and also go over the fine print on her contracts, will and any other legal issues.  Since she moved there because of her job, she still doesn’t know very many people and was getting fairly exasperated talking to the people in her office, all of whom tried to be helpful, but also all had various “lawyer stories” to tell her. She is still keeping her lawyer up here, as she has her house leased out and he keeps an eye on her holdings here.

When she came back for the holidays, she contacted her lawyer here, and asked her if she could recommend a good +1 Cincinnati Lawyer. Within a few days, she got the names of lawyers who were really fair and good at what they do. When she went back to Cincinnati she talked to four of the reccomended lawyers and now is really happy with the one she hired. In fact, she is more than happy. When she called me, she had a glowing report to tell me.

Out of all the attorneys that she spoke with, she found that they were all qualified for her needs, but certain ones she didn’t “click” with. And one man only specialized in being a Cincinnati DUI Attorney. Since she doesn’t drink and never has, she of course didn’t need him. Still, she told me just in case anyone ever would ask her if she knew of one, she would give the person this lawyers name.

A new laptop

I need a new laptop if my son can’t fix the one that I have. It lags and skips for some reason when I try to catch the news, or watch a movie on it. Kicker is, I just got this one last year. It kind of ticks me off that even the sound only works some of the time. My son thinks it’s a loose wire.

If he can’t fix the problem with this laptop, I’ll have to get another one, which so soon after Christmas, is going to really drain my savings.

If I do have to get a new one though, I’m going to do some homework before I buy one. I want a good one and yet one that isn’t as pricey as the one I have. Knowing what I’m buying will help, and maybe I’ll learn a thing or two on the way. I work on the computer, so a laptop is a must for me since I go out of town every other week.

Deciding on new carpet

I’ve wanted new carpet in my office/sewing room for a long time. Everyone says it would be a bad idea because of pins, needles and such. I rarely drop them, and if so have a BIG magnet to pick them up.

I went to the carpet outlet store this morning, to look at various carpets, and a lady there suggested that I use indoor/outdoor carpet for this room. She sews also and since her floors get really cold, she wanted carpet in her sewing room. I saw all sort of colors and styles, but am not sure which one I would like. The plus of this carpet is, that I’ll be saving a great deal of money. It is much less expensive than other types. Even a remnant will fit this room.

I’m going to think about it, and then think also about a new paint job for the walls. I need to cheer it up in here.

Thinking business

I’ve been seriously thinking about advertising my fairy crafts to sell. A majority of the small businesses that are in town on the main streets downtown are still doing fairly well, despite the economy now a days. It would be worth a shot to try this. Perhaps even go online to do this. It’s an idea I’ve been kicking around for awhile. I’ve only been making one of a kind items, and do take special requests. I’ll have to check into it. A few of my blogging friends have done this with their crafts and it seems to be going well for them.

Future steel buildings might be the way to go

While needing a small building for my office space and my crafts and such, I’ve decided to take my friends advice and look into Future Steel Buildings.  I’ve been checking into them and with our weather and also the cost of putting a pole barn up in the HUGH back yard I have, it would cost more for the pole barn or even actually any other kind of building for my needs.

I’ve been having my husband look at these Future Steel Buildings also, since he needs more space for the Harley Davidson’s he has worked on nearly all his life. Our garage is just to small for his needs and for the bike work that comes in through the winter. I feel the same way about the costume business I have that starts in the middle of the summer and doesn’t ever end. I need a special place to work in.

I’ve been looking at a lot of smaller building that will suit my and my husband’s needs, that is affordable and we can work on our various projects and jobs. I am leaning toward the Future Steel Buildings, because of the affordability. I was surprised that we may be able to afford these.
