In need of a Cincinnati Attorney

  • Posted on January 27, 2012 at 3:10 pm

My girlfriend Amy just moved to Cincinnati and needed a Cincinnati Attorney, to keep her affairs in order, and also go over the fine print on her contracts, will and any other legal issues.  Since she moved there because of her job, she still doesn’t know very many people and was getting fairly exasperated talking to the people in her office, all of whom tried to be helpful, but also all had various “lawyer stories” to tell her. She is still keeping her lawyer up here, as she has her house leased out and he keeps an eye on her holdings here.

When she came back for the holidays, she contacted her lawyer here, and asked her if she could recommend a good +1 Cincinnati Lawyer. Within a few days, she got the names of lawyers who were really fair and good at what they do. When she went back to Cincinnati she talked to four of the reccomended lawyers and now is really happy with the one she hired. In fact, she is more than happy. When she called me, she had a glowing report to tell me.

Out of all the attorneys that she spoke with, she found that they were all qualified for her needs, but certain ones she didn’t “click” with. And one man only specialized in being a Cincinnati DUI Attorney. Since she doesn’t drink and never has, she of course didn’t need him. Still, she told me just in case anyone ever would ask her if she knew of one, she would give the person this lawyers name.

More cats

It seems that we are way too overloaded with cats around the house. Not inside, but outside. It’s a shame to say, but people keep dropping off cats and kittens here, and I then feel sorry for them, so of course I feel obligated to feed them. The local animal shelter is supposed to be a no kill shelter, and when I called for them to come get the cats, I was told that they were under funded and could not handle any more cats there. This is getting way out of hand, and there is no one to take these poor animals, even though I have advertised. I just don’t know what to do. People tell me not to feed them, but I’m not cruel like that. On the bright side, at least we don’t have mice.

This goes to far

I watched a news clip on Tots in Tiaras and was totally disgusted. I don’t believe in subjecting children to this in the first place, but this has instilled my thoughts even more. The clip was about a 2 year old being spray tanned. Not only is that bad enough, but it was being done since she was 11 months old, buy a man who is an auto body painter. The mother goes on about how the little girl really likes it, and all through this clip she is crying and trying to get away. When she finally does make a run for it, she is running through the shop and slips and falls right on her knees in what looks perhaps like water, but in a shop, one can’t be sure. All the time the little one is yelling and screaming, “Leave me alone”. This to me is abuse. Okay, so it’s my opinion indeed. But I’m not going to change my views on this. Hopefully the clip will show so ya’ll see it for yourself. Shame on those people.

Jury duty

I got called for jury duty. Now, normally I guess I really would not mind doing this, but while I was talking to my doctor, he told me that he didn’t want me to be put under the stress if this. I must admit that I haven’t been feeling up to par lately and have had to have quite a few tests, so I was relieved when he told me he was going to write a statement for me to enclose in the papers that I had to send back to the courthouse. I know some people who really like to do jury duty. I am not one of them.

Easter Monday

I never knew there was an Easter Monday, until my friend from Canada sent me a calendar with beautiful pictures of her country on the pages for Christmas this year. It was so thoughtful of her, and such a surprise for me to get it. I love looking at her photo albums on FaceBook, and have commented so much on them, and she sent this calendar because she knew this, and the fact I love Canada. The dates and holidays of both the USA and Canada are on this calendar and it’s interesting to see another country’s holidays and events. Today is Easter Monday. :)
