So I went ahead and rented the movie, “Up.” It was an animated movie but really very good. The story line was interesting and believable and the dialogue had multi-levels of humor. It was a good movie, even if you don’t have any kids to watch it with.

There will be brackets published everywhere for people to make their picks and office pools will be humming. Although I am not a big fan of basketball on TV, I will probably spend at least one or two evenings after work with coworkers or friends at a sports bar watching some of the games with my favorite teams.

I really like that show. The human interaction between the race partners and the other contestants is really fascinating to watch. We had such a late night last night with the trick or treating, that I had to lie down for a short nap with the kids. Next thing I knew, it was after 8:00 and we hadn’t even eaten dinner! What a messed up schedule we had today!

Obviously, dinner was fast and we didn’t have time for TV. Everyone had to rush through eating, showers, and bedtime routines because we have school tomorrow. So I hope to find the Amazing Race “On Demand” or maybe on the internet so I don’t miss the episode.

I have been watching the TV Guide to make sure that I save the time slots for the shows I want to watch. Almost all of the shows I like are on CBS. I wonder if that is just me or does CBS have a lock on the best shows?

I don’t think I’ve ever seen a commercial for bananas before! It was such a surprise to see a banana commercial that I don’t even remember what they were saying except that Chiquita bananas are shipped quickly so that we get the freshest bananas. And at the end they were advertising a new Chiquita product, fresh pineapple spears packaged individually for a healthy fresh snack.
