I think it is ridiculous that all the enthusiastic new buyers had to wait in very long lines to buy the new iPhones and then after all that hype and anticipation the people on the back end totally dropped the ball and no one could get activated or upgraded. Their network went into total gridlock.

How can all these grossly overpaid high level managers not anticipate a huge network demand? Everyone involved in the gridlock problem should be fired and tossed out with the garbage. For the high prices and expected level of customer service, this was a total farce.
