Hireing a Business Lawyer Grand Blanc MI

  • Posted on April 27, 2013 at 10:19 am

A friend of mine Terry, opened a business in Grand Blanc and as the business grew larger than he ever thought possible, he realized that he indeed was going to look for a Business Lawyer Grand Blanc MI area, since he wanted to make sure that he covered all basis of business.

Terry did a lot of research before even calling a lawyer to represent his business and himself. Smart move on his part. He made sure he looked at the Attorney Profile, and credentials of the lawyers. Not only did the lawyer he chose represent large businesses, but counsels individuals, bankruptcy, estate planning and corporate businesses. It was good enough for my friend and he liked the idea of this combined practice and knowledge.

Since I have a small business and if it ever grew larger,  I certainly would want a good lawyer on my side who knows about the ins and outs of the legal aspects…something I have only a smidgen of knowledge about. It would be most beneficial in the business world.

Luxury estate weddings and retreats

Being a firm and hopeless romantic, I believe that two people’s wedding should be an exceptional day that builds lasting memories. What better way to do this is to have an Estate Wedding? It is a thought that I have kicked around for my youngest daughter and her boyfriend. I could say he is her  fiance, but we aren’t actually sure where this relationship is going in the long run, yet it is something to give them what would be exceptional and the memories would last forever. I personally think that after all this time has past, that they are indeed going to get married, and I’d like to start planning for it. Travel and destination is going to be first on my list!

I’ve been checking on luxury retreats for the honeymoon. I know usually the groom is supposed to plan all of this, but my daughter’s boyfriend is into showing her that he is working hard, which he does, and that he doesn’t want this wedding to be a financial burden on his parents, or our family. I’d say that he has his stuff together and that he definitely loves my daughter. I’m relived.

I’ve been putting some money aside for this wedding and also the to help with the honeymoon. Both of them deserve it and also deserve to spend it together. I’ve found also that it it isn’t as pricey as I thought it would be. No more actually, than her father and I would give in monetary gifts. So, lots of plans need to be made, since I have a feeling at the end of the month, when he comes to visit, he’s going to “pop the question.” It’s rather bitter sweet emotions that are on my mind, but then on the flip side my daughter choose a good man.

Residential address plaques

Looking at residential address plaques, I’ve decided that I would like to buy one for my daughter’s new home. She lives way out in the country and I noticed she didn’t have house numbers on her new house. My daughter had mentioned that she gets people stopping by just to either turn around in her driveway or to ask directions to another home. It gets disturbing after so many of these stops, she said. I can understand her point. Also her mail carrier keeps putting her mail in the neighbor down the road’s box.

Some of the personalized address plaques I was looking at are really nice and one of these types would be a special gift. I know my daughter and she likes things of this type, so does her husband. He owns his own concrete company and it comes in handy to have their name and the house number on the plaque.

There are quite a few custom address plaques to choose from. Some are really fancy, but my daughter doesn’t care for anything really over the top when it comes to purchases like this. I’m sure I’ll be able to find the perfect one for her, and am looking forward to surprising her with it.

New carpet

Shopping for carpet is not my most pleasurable thing to do. I’m not even sure why I have always felt like this, but I’ve always found it a bit daunting. In the town that we live near, there is a store that I firmly believe has every kind of carpet and rug known to mankind. If I liked to carpet shop, I’d love this store. If a person can’t find a design, color or brand they want, this store will get it in. It’s great business, but I get flustered with so much to choose from.

Today, I decided to go in to look at new carpet. I actually found just the right carpet for my office. Also, I looked at bathroom carpet while I was there. This store even has remnants at really low prices, that are fine quality too.

My carpet will arrive tomorrow, and I’m kind of excited about it now. Home improvement makes me happy. I’ve been needing new carpet in my office for a long time too, and I’m glad I decided to suck it up and go to this store. I’m still not into carpet shopping, but I’m happy with my purchase and I think it will give my office a more cozy look.

Online savings with coupons

When I got my first computer, I have to admit that I really had no idea what I was doing. I mainly used it for the email and to keep in contact with family and friends who also had computers. Then as time went on, a lot of friends were telling me of sites that gave coupon codes and the first I had heard about was frugalegg.com new egg.com coupons because of online shopping. I had never shopped for anything online before, but this gave shopping a new twist in my experiences. I found that I really liked the fact that I could do most of my shopping without leaving the house. Believe me when I say that during our winter seasons here, it was a joy to shop and save this way.

Learning about receiving coupons online is really handy also and a great savings. For as long as I can remember, I have been into clipping coupons. It actually started when I was really little and there used to be green stamps that my mom and grandma saved. As I got older, I cut out coupons sitting at the kitchen table with my mom. She raised my sisters and brothers by herself on a limited income, and every penny she could save was indeed a blessing for all of us. When I moved out on my own and started a family, I continued looking for bargains and also kept clipping and using coupons. It’s great that now, a person can shop online and also have coupons to use as extra savings.

There have been times when I have gone grocery shopping and have loaded up my carts only to find that I left some of my coupons at home, and am happy I have had great check out people who have actually saved my bags while I drove home and got my coupons. It’s only happened a couple of times, but I am also glad I only live about ten minutes from where I shop, via car. Now that the economy has gotten so terrible, I think that shopping online and using coupons and coupon codes helps a great deal. Especially for folks on a budget. It’s always good to save money for other things that are needed that one can’t use a coupon for. It does help with money matters.
