We’ve had the same cable company for years, and I’m getting quite angry about the recent service we have been getting. Lately we’ve been loosing signal, sometimes a couple days at a time. For some reason also, if I want to watch a television program that I missed, the voice and motion are sort of dragging and since it happens on all of our home computers and laptops here, I know it is our server’s fault.
I’ve spoken to technicians so many times in the last two months, that I don’t believe anything any of them tell me anymore, since all of their “help” is totally different, depending on whom I talk to.
Indeed I think it is time to change services, but my stubborn husband doesn’t want to. He is not a computer person, and as long as the cable works on the television, he’s a happy camper. He is very odd when it comes to change or upgrading of any kind. I happen to need the internet and so do my kids. I’m going to do some checking about various other servers we have access to around here, which isn’t much, but there has to be a better way to be able to stay online, considering my work revolves around the computer and internet.
